Is there a limit on how many sites I can run?
No. One account holds any number of sites, and creating a site is never refused for count. You pay a plan for each site you take live.
Can my client log in?
Not in this version. There are no team seats and no client logins, so the account stays yours and you make the changes. Your client can still read a preview link before anything is public.
