The agreement
These terms are the agreement between you and Sixerr LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States, which operates Sixerr. They apply when you create an account, build a site with us, or use anything we host for you.
If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
What the service is
You describe your business in a short conversation. We write, design and build a complete website, host it, serve it, and let you change it by asking. Sites are generated in English.
The sites we serve are static files. A site we host runs no code of its own and has no server-side features, and there is no code editor in the product.
Your account
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must give us a working email address.
- An account belongs to one person or one business. There are no team accounts, no collaborators and no roles inside an account.
- We verify your email address before your first site is generated, and before any site goes live on your own domain.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us at once if you think someone else has your sign-in details.
The free preview
An account costs nothing. You can run intake, watch a site being generated and read the whole preview without paying. Putting a site live needs a plan.
Generating a site costs us real money, so free previews carry a fair-use cap. An account that has never paid holds one active preview site and three AI edits, for the life of the account. An account with paid sites gets two previews plus one for every paid site, up to ten. We apply these limits on our servers, and we refuse the work before any model call rather than take your money for it.
A preview you leave untouched for 60 days is deleted, and we email a warning at day 45. Only your own signed-in activity resets that clock; a visit to the preview link does not.
Plans and billing
- Every live site carries its own plan. Starter is $12 a month or $120 a year. Pro is $29 a month or $290 a year.
- Each site’s plan is its own subscription and its own charge. There is no combined invoice.
- We charge in USD only. Prices are shown without tax. If a tax applies to your purchase, it is shown before you pay.
- Stripe takes the payment and holds the card. We never store card details.
- A site’s monthly allowance resets on that site’s own reset date and does not roll over.
- If a payment fails, the site keeps serving for 14 days while we warn you in the dashboard and by email. On day 14 it unpublishes, and your content stays with your account.
- We can change our prices. We email the account holder before a change takes effect on a site you already pay for.
Credits
A credit pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The packs are 25 credits for $9, 100 for $29 and 400 for $99.
One AI edit is one credit, and one AI image is three. Credits belong to your account, are shared across your sites, and never expire. A site spends its own monthly allowance first, then your credits.
You can buy a pack once you have at least one paid site.
Your content
Your content stays yours: your words, your images, your logo, and the sites we generate for you.
You give us permission to store, process and serve that content so that we can run the service for you. That permission ends when you delete the content or close the account.
When you import a site, you confirm that you own the content or have the right to use it. We do not check ownership before we import, so that responsibility is yours.
Acceptable use
Do not use Sixerr for anything illegal, and do not publish content you have no right to publish.
- No malware, no phishing pages, no sites built to deceive people.
- No content that infringes somebody else’s rights.
- No attempt to get around our limits or rate limits, or to reach another customer’s site or data.
- No farming of free previews, by hand or by script.
- No reselling of the service as your own product.
We can suspend an account or take a site down when we find abuse. Where we can, we tell the account holder what we did and why.
AI-generated content
The model writes your first draft and makes the changes you ask for. We validate every response against our schema before we store it, and a response we cannot validate leaves your site untouched.
We do not guarantee that generated text is accurate, current, or right for your business. Read it before you publish. Prices, opening hours, qualifications, claims and any legal text on your site are yours to check.
The preview shows the same content visitors will see. It is content that matches, not behaviour: a preview counts no analytics, and its contact form is inactive and labelled as such.
Your own domain
You can connect a subdomain, such as www.yourbusiness.com. Bare domains are not supported, and we refuse them with the subdomain alternative.
You keep your domain, your registrar and your DNS provider. You never move the domain to us, and you never change your nameservers.
Connecting it takes two DNS records: a CNAME that routes the subdomain and stays, and a one-time TXT ownership record you can remove once we have verified it. Ownership is proven by DNS, never by what was typed into a form.
Your site keeps serving its Sixerr address until the custom domain is fully active, and falls back to that address if the domain is removed. After a site unpublishes we hold its hostname for 30 days; republish inside that window and it returns untouched.
Publishing and availability
Publishing is atomic. Either the new build serves everywhere or the build before it keeps serving. A build that fails leaves your live site exactly as it was, and the chat tells you so.
We do not state an uptime figure and we give no availability guarantee in this agreement. We serve sites from Cloudflare’s edge network and we work to keep them up, but interruptions outside our control can happen.
Deleting a project is irreversible. It stops that site serving immediately.
Export
On Pro you download your site as a deployable static archive built from a named version, download its editable source, or have that source pushed to a repository you own. The exported source builds to the same site.
Export is a Pro capability. A Starter site does not have it.
Cancelling
Cancel a site’s plan whenever you want. That site serves to the end of the period you have paid for, then unpublishes. There is no pro-rata refund; the refunds page states the one refund we do give.
Cancelling one site’s plan affects that site only. Your other sites carry on unchanged.
Your content and your versions stay with your account after a site unpublishes. Attach a plan again and the site republishes.
Suspension, and ending the agreement
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used for abuse, or that we are required to stop serving. Where we can, we warn you first.
You can close your account at any time. Closing it removes its conversations and its personal data, as the privacy policy describes.
The agreement ends when your account closes. The sections on your content, on liability and on governing law carry on after it ends.
Liability, and the law that applies
We provide the service as it is. We do not promise that it fits a particular purpose, that generated content is correct, or that it is never interrupted.
We are not liable for lost profit, lost business, or data you lose because you did not keep your own copy. Where liability can be limited, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the affected site in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here removes a right you hold that cannot be removed by a contract.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute is brought before the courts of Wyoming, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms when the product changes. The effective date and the version at the top tell you which text you are reading. When a change affects your rights or what you pay, we email the account holder before it takes effect.
