Refund policy

One clear rule per thing you can buy: the first payment on a site, the time after it, and a credit pack.

Effective 11 September 2026 · Version 1.0

The short version

  • A site’s first plan payment is refundable in full within 14 days.
  • After that we do not refund part of a paid period.
  • A credit pack is refundable only while none of its credits have been spent.

The rest of this page says exactly how each of those works, and how to ask.

The 14-day refund

When you first attach a plan to a site, that first payment is refundable in full for 14 days. Ask us inside the window and we return the whole amount.

The window belongs to the site, not to the account. Each site has its own plan, its own charge and its own first payment, so every site you put live gets its own 14 days.

A refund ends that site’s plan, so the site unpublishes. Your content and your versions stay with your account, and the site republishes if you attach a plan again later.

After the first payment

We do not refund part of a period. Cancel whenever you want: the site serves to the end of the period you have paid for, then unpublishes, and your content stays.

That covers time you did not use. If you stop working on a site halfway through a month, the rest of that month is not refunded.

Yearly plans

A yearly plan follows the same rule. The first yearly payment on a site is refundable in full within 14 days. After that the year runs to its end, with no pro-rata refund.

Yearly pricing is $120 for Starter and $290 for Pro, per site — two months free against the monthly price.

Credit packs

A credit pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. We refund a pack only while none of its credits have been spent.

Spend one credit from a pack and the pack is no longer refundable. Credits never expire, so an unspent pack keeps its value until you use it, and there is no deadline pushing you to spend it.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Sign in and open a support ticket from the dashboard.
  2. Tell us which site, or which credit pack, the request is about.
  3. We check the date of that site’s first payment, or whether the pack is untouched, and reply with the decision.

An approved refund goes back through Stripe to the card or account that paid. How long it takes to appear on your statement is up to your bank.

When there is no refund

  • Any payment on a site after its first one.
  • Time left in a period you cancelled.
  • A credit pack with at least one credit spent.
  • A monthly allowance you did not use. Allowances reset each month and do not roll over.
  • An account we suspended or closed for abuse or for breaking the terms.

Downgrades and cancellations

Changing a site’s plan — Starter to Pro, or back — changes that site’s own subscription. The dashboard shows you exactly what it costs and when it takes effect before you confirm it. A plan change is not a refund.

Cancelling one site’s plan affects that site only. Your other sites keep their plans and keep serving.

Deleting a project is irreversible, and it does not by itself start a refund. If you are inside the 14 days and want your money back, ask for the refund first.
